Zoku Launches its Fourth Location in Paris, Revolutionizing Hotel Living for Contemporary Professionals

The cutting-edge new hotel chain Zoku, which currently has three branches in the creative capitals of Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and Vienna, launches its fourth location in Paris. This hotel concept, which has won awards and is appropriate for extended stays, makes it easier for contemporary professionals to live and work abroad. With private lofts in the manner of apartments and rooftop communal spaces that unite visitors and the neighborhood, Zoku offers a motivating setting for individuals to live, work, and socialize all under one roof.

Ideally situated for those taking the Thalys or Eurostar, Zoku Paris is situated across from the court of justice in the busy 17th arrondissement, just 10 minutes’ drive from the center of Paris and 1 minute’s walk from the Porte de Clichy metro station.

This 16.000m2 mixed-use building, which occupies the top three floors of the Stream Building, will have 109 Lofts, a rooftop restaurant and bar, coworking areas, meeting rooms for offsites (one of which has a foosball table and can be rented by the hour), and a sizable event space. Meeting rooms can be rented for full or half days. Zoku Paris is the ideal place to unwind after a long day of work thanks to its expansive terrace with lots of vegetation and a stunning view of the city.

When you go through Zoku’s doors, you feel as though you’ve entered a residential area. You’ll find an open welcome area with a buzzing bar, co-working spaces, an Almost Everything Station, a living room with a view, Zoku’s tasty Living Kitchen restaurant, and for the first of its kind: the Oh Lá Lá Cheese and Charcuterie Shop for a delectable and local bite to eat after taking the elevator to the 8th floor. A rooftop farm (1.200m2) on the roof of these social spaces provides the fresh herbs that Zoku’s Living Kitchen utilizes to give their food a regional flavor.
