Wyndham Newest Brand, Registry Collection, has Debuted in Georgia

Registry Collection Hotels, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ newest brand, has debuted in Georgia with a flagship 100-room newly-built resort in the center of the capital city of Tbilisi.

The ART Tbilisi, a Registry Collection Hotel, is set to open in early 2023 in the scenic district of Abanotubani, one of the city’s most sought-after locales.

The new build property, perched on a hill with views of the bustling old city and its traditional brick houses, will provide guests with a tranquil retreat in a stunning part of Tbilisi, with easy access to many attractions, including the historic hot springs and sulphuric baths, which are located directly across the street.

It will have elegant interiors and stylish guest rooms, with a mix of suites, premium, and executive accommodations.

Wyndham Grand Tbilisi, Wyndham Batumi, and Ramada Tbilisi are among Wyndham’s Georgia properties. In addition to the By Wyndham Tbilisi Old City and Ramada Encore Tbilisi, there are 11 hotels in the pipeline in Georgia.

Georgia has had a record number of visitors in recent years, with tourism contributing for over 18% of the country’s GDP.

Despite the epidemic, GlobalData predicts that overall travel and tourism spending by all visitors in Georgia will increase by 40% by 2025, highlighting the destination’s strong potential.
