Wizz Air to Open New Route from Gatwick to Nice

Beginning in the spring of 2023, Wizz Air will open a new route from Gatwick to Nice on the south coast of France.

The daily service will be launched by the cheap airline founded in Hungary on 26th March as part of its growth from Gatwick, which has also seen the addition of new routes to Lyon, Marrakech, Agadir, and Sharm El Sheikh on the Red Sea coast of Egypt.

Wizz Air UK’s managing director, Marion Geoffroy, stated: “This is an important expansion to our network as it will offer passengers the chance to fly with us directly to the French Riviera ahead of the summer season.”

In October 2020, Wizz established a facility in Gatwick, from which it presently offers service to more than 25 locations.
