This summer, Vueling will launch five more Spanish connections from Gatwick.
Flights to Malaga, Seville, and La Coruna will begin on 1st April, followed by flights to Menorca and Granada the next day. They’ll join the cheap airline’s current seven flights, which include Valencia and Barcelona.
Vueling is a member of the International Airlines Group (IAG), which also comprises British Airways and Aer Lingus.
Carolyn Prowse, Vueling’s chief commercial, strategy, and network officer, explained: “We are very proud to announce the development of our international network from London Gatwick, thanks to the coordination with British Airways, which enables us to offer the best joint product from London to help grow our markets.
“This is particularly true after two very difficult years for tourism and aviation. This commitment from London Gatwick is in addition to our expanded operations from Paris Orly.
“Together, these two initiatives showcase how Vueling aims to help boost international markets this summer.”
Vueling has flights to six additional UK airports, including Cardiff and Newcastle.
