Tradewind Voyages announced that Golden Horizon will make its Mediterranean premiere next year.
The tall ship’s season will begin in April in Portugal and end in October 2022 in Piraeus.
The program will include travels to Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Albania, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, and Turkey, among other destinations.
The first sailing in the region will be a seven-night journey from Lisbon to Palma, with the Balearic city serving as the departure point for all round-trip sailings beginning in May. From June to October, the ferry will make round journeys from Civitavecchia, Split, and Piraeus.
“We’re excited to bring the world’s largest tall ship to the Mediterranean next summer,” said Alan McGrory, CEO of Tradewind Voyages. “We’re looking forward to announcing the details of this extraordinary portfolio very soon.”
The voyages will last seven to eleven nights, with complete details and costs to be announced on 19th October 2021.
