The tenth Cook’s Club hotel, Cook’s Club Corfu, opened in Corfu on 1st June.
The 195-room property is the first to use a ‘feel free’ concept, which adds a modern twist to the all-inclusive concept by eliminating buffet-style service and resulting in less food waste.
Guests can order a la carte via smartphone, with each dish prepared individually before being delivered to the table.
The adults-only hotel has refurbished rooms, some of which have individual swim-up pools.
The tenth hotel in the brand’s portfolio and the fifth in Greece is located in the village of Gouvia.
There is a pool bar, two restaurants, a spa, a gym, a tennis court, and bicycles for rent.
It comes on the heels of the recent opening of a new hotel in Rhodes.
According to Alessandro Dassi, vice president of Fosun Tourism Group, which purchased the Cook’s Club brand in 2019, “The opening of Cook’s Club Corfu is a key milestone in our development strategy for the brand.
“With each new opening, we have the opportunity to push the boundaries of how we adapt the Cook’s Club concept to new destinations.
“Cook’s Club Corfu offers the perfect mix of local culture and modern, urban vibes, bringing a new and innovative concept to one of the most iconic Greek islands.”
Panos Rokas, the property’s owner, added: “We had an instant connection with the Cook’s Club brand. We wanted to create a destination for chic boho living, where like-minded people can feel at home, connect and embrace the energy and vibes of the island.”
