The 156-suite SpringHill Suites by Marriott® Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront in Florida has officially opened, according to an announcement made today by Shaner Hotels, an award-winning, international hotel owner, operator, and developer, and Key International, a real estate investment and development firm. The hotel will be run by Shaner and be owned by Key International.

The hotel is close to the area’s finest attractions, including the Jacksonville Beach Pier, Shipwreck Island Water Park, the PGA Tour at Sawgrass, numerous golf courses, Carnival Cruise Port, St. Augustine, and the Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens. It is located beachside at 465 North First Street. The all-suite hotel invites guests to dine at Sandbar Jax Bch, an oceanfront restaurant & bar serving crafted cocktails as well as regionally and locally inspired flavors, or stop by the 24/7 lobby market for snacks, beverages, and necessities at their convenience. The hotel also provides complimentary daily breakfasts to guests. Additionally available to guests is a cutting-edge exercise facility with unhindered views of the seaside pool.
