New lodging has been made available for purchase in Jamaica and St. Lucia by Sandals Resorts International for vacation beginning in the spring of 2019.
The Caribbean resort expert describes the rooms and suites at Beaches Negril in Jamaica and Sandals Halcyon Beach Resort in St. Lucia as going “beyond typical luxury” and are now accepting reservations for stays beginning on April 6, 2023.
Twelve additional butler suites have been added to the Jamaican family Beaches Negril resort, boosting the total number of rooms to 197.
There are six Firesky Reserve Villas on the beach at the resort’s northern end, each with four bedrooms spread out over three stories and all inspired by the sunsets of the location.
Up to 10 people can stay in the villas, making them ideal for extended or multigenerational groups. They have rooftop decks with dining terraces that overlook the ocean, well-appointed living rooms, kitchens, and private oceanfront plunge pools.
The Eventide Penthouse Collection’s additional six suites are located on the opposite side of the resort’s beachfront. Each of them has three to four bedrooms, can house up to 18 guests, has a rooftop patio, and has a huge balcony or terrace.
Camp Sesame, the resort’s kids club, will also be housed in a new structure when it debuts before the summer of 2019.
There will be 25 new butler suites at the Sandals Halcyon Beach Resort in St. Lucia, including 20 Joli Beachfront Suites by the water’s edge and five Koko Rondaval Villas.
The resort now has a total of 194 rooms and suites after the expansion.
The brand-new beachfront suites provide rooms with direct beach access and private pools, while accommodations on the second floor have balconies with tranquility soaking tubs. The suites include an open-air design, king-size beds, and sea views inside of natural wood.
The Koko Rondoval Villas are a novelty for the resort, built with “forward-thinking architecture” that “bring the outside in” with rounded walls, thatched roofs, and virtually wall-length windows. They have plunge pools and private patios.
Executive Chairman Adam Stewart commented: “Our guest experience drives everything we do, and these new suites are emblematic of our unrelenting move across the brands as we challenge ourselves to reimagine every facet of the business.
“We wanted to go beyond traditional luxury and these new suites are stunners; it’s about design and amenities that make connecting with each other more comfortable and more fulfilling.”
