Sandals Resorts Provides Holiday Guarantee Against Covid

Sandals Resorts International will provide a complimentary replacement stay if a guest’s vacation is disrupted by Covid-19 while in the resort.

Guests staying at a Sandals or Beaches hotel in the Caribbean will also receive free Covid-19 testing as part of the new campaign.

If a client tests positive for Covid-19 and is compelled to quarantine, they will be given an accommodation credit voucher for the cost of their room.

Holidays purchased before the end of the year through the all-inclusive company’s UK operator Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd for travel before 31st December 2022 are eligible for the deal.

The plan will also benefit guests who book through third-party travel providers.

Within 12 months of the issue date, the voucher can be redeemed for a replacement stay.

Agents can book their clients’ vacations through UCHL and be confident that their vacation will be completely guaranteed by Sandals Resorts. There are some limitations, terms, and conditions that apply.

Based on the regulations of the local governments in the locations where Sandals and Beaches Resorts operate, UK guests will receive complimentary on-resort Covid-19 PCR or antigen testing.

This includes the mandatory antigen test for British guests returning to the UK, which is performed 72 hours prior to departure at all Sandals and Beaches resorts. Within 24 hours, you should have your results.

According to SRI executive chairman Adam Stewart, the Sandals Holiday Assurance program is designed to take the stress out of vacation.

He stated, “We want to put the fun and joy of planning and anticipating a great holiday back into travel.”
