Saga Announces its River Cruise Schedule for 2023

Saga has announced its river cruise schedule for 2023, which includes three new Rhine and Danube itineraries.

From 2023, both the Spirit of the Danube and Spirit of the Rhine will offer all-inclusive sailings, as well as a number of other booking incentives.

Passengers who book back-to-back cruises in 2023 will receive a 10% discount, and a 25% early booking discount is also available.

Before the deal expires, a number of cruises will be offered at a 25% discount, according to the line.

The itineraries Golden Age of Art on the Rhine, Autumn Colors of the Danube, and Art of the Danube have all been added to the schedule for next year.

The seven-night Golden Age of Art cruise on 8th May starts at £1,241, and includes excursions to galleries in Amsterdam, Utrecht, and The Hague.

The lead-in pricing for the Spirit of the Danube’s 10-night Autumn Colours of the Danube sailing on 11th November with stops in Budapest, Bratislava, and Vienna is £1,574.

The Art of the Danube, which departs on October 27 and includes visits to Budapest’s Hungarian National Gallery and Bratislava’s City Gallery, costs £1,499.

Charlie Dimmock, a gardening specialist, will go on a seven-night voyage on the Spirit of the Rhine on April 17. Prices begin at £1,649.

A themed Gilbert and Sullivan cruise on the Rhine starts at £1,274 and includes live music performances.

A number of dedicated accommodations for single travelers will be available on each trip in the program. Single passengers should “book early to ensure them since they are always quite popular,” according to the line.

Nigel Blanks, the company’s CEO, stated: “We know our guests want an exceptional experience and real value for money so the river cruises will move to all-inclusive from 2023.

“We’re introducing back-to-back itineraries with 10% off and discounts starting from 25% off in response to their feedback.

“These are in addition to the complimentary chauffeur service, travel insurance and a range of included excursions we already offer.”
