Saga Added Four More Round-Britain Cruises for Next Summer

Saga has added four more round-Britain cruises for the next summer. The sailings last between six and eight nights and have 35% off the regular price.

For six nights on Spirit of Discovery departing from Dover to the Shetland Islands on 24th July, which also happens to be the day that Lerwick has a tall ships race, the lead-in price after the discount is £1,367 per person.

On 16th July, in time for the Rolex Fastnet yacht race, the ship will set sail from Tilbury on an eight-night south coast cruise.

On 28th August, Spirit of Adventure will leave Dover for the Scilly Isles before setting sail from Dover on 3rd September for a complete circumnavigation.

Chief executive Nigel Blanks said: “Our round-Britain cruises always prove popular with guests. As they’re quite short, they’re a great way for newcomers to cruising to find out if it’s for them, and these new ones will take in some fantastic sights from yacht and tall ship races to the incredible coastline of Britain, which is really best seen from the sea.”

The updated deployment schedules come after P&O Cruises announced an additional domestic departure for 2024.
