In order to help passengers keep their New Year’s resolutions, Princess Cruises has announced that it is expanding the onboard fitness programs by including workouts from upscale boutique fitness businesses.
“To many people, continuing their daily exercise routine on vacation gives license to extra special vacation indulgence, and Princess presents world-class options on both the fitness and indulgence fronts,” said John Padgett, president of Princess Cruises.
“So whether it’s keeping up with New Year resolutions, offsetting the incredible food and drink on board, or connecting with other fitness fans, we’re excited to offer the most premium and inclusive boutique fitness experiences in the industry.”
Pure Barre, YogaSix, and StretchLab are a few of the fitness companies that will be offered on board the Princess Cruises fleet. Beginning on February 20, passengers who have reserved all-inclusive itineraries like Princess Plus and Princess Premier may use the free onboard exercise facilities.
A Statista survey that revealed that getting more exercise will once again rank highly among New Year’s resolutions for 2023 served as the impetus for the decision to increase the number of fitness classes.
The Princess Premier packages provide limitless fitness classes, compared to the Princess Plus packages’ two complimentary fitness courses every voyage.
