The Malaysian island of Langkawi, a UNESCO Geopark, has been added to Pan Pacific’s portfolio of Parkroyal hotels. Pan Pacific is a member of the Singapore-listed UOL Group.
The 301-room Parkroyal Langkawi Resort, which is situated on Tengah Beach, offers a variety of guest rooms and suites that range in size from 437 square feet for a deluxe room to 1248 square feet for a two-bedroom condominium.
Even larger one to three-bedroom villas come with a cozy lounge space, a private plunge pool, and easy access to the beach. They range in size from 2615 square feet to 3982 square feet.
A seafood restaurant and bar with views of the Andaman Sea and an all-day dining restaurant serving a variety of signature local favorites and international cuisine are among the eating options.
There are also a kids’ club with a playground outside, a spa, two pools, a jogging path, a fitness center, and a range of meeting and event spaces.
With the launch of the 194-room Parkroyal Suites Bangkok on Sukhumvit Soi 6 in November 2022, the group also increased its serviced suites portfolio in the area. Nana BTS sky train station is only a short stroll away.
The Parkroyal Serviced Suites Hanoi, which has a view of the lovely West Lake, and the Parkroyal Serviced Suites Jakarta will both open in 2023 and 2024, respectively.
By 2024, the business plans to expand its portfolio to include more than 50 hotels, resorts, and serviced suites spread across more than 30 locations in Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe.
