Nobu Hotel Santorini Now Officially Open to Guests

As the first hotel and restaurant operated by Nobu Hospitality in Greece, the Nobu Hotel Santorini is currently accepting guests.

The hotel in Imerovigli is perched on a clifftop and has 25 rooms, suites, and pool villas in addition to a Nobu restaurant, a dual-level infinity pool, a fitness center, and other amenities.

The hotel welcomes day visitors and hopes to draw island visitors, locals, and Nobu diners.

The restaurant’s menu includes some of co-founder and chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s most well-known dishes, such as wagyu beef sando, fried umami chicken wings, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno, and black cod miso. There will also be a selection of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine as well as recurring specials.

Children must be at least 14 years old in order to enter the resort because it is marketed as “a haven for grownups.” Oia, a beach town, can be reached in 10 minutes by car, while Santorini (Thira) International Airport can be reached in 20 minutes.

There are now 14 hotels operated by Nobu Hospitality, including the Nobu Hotel Santorini, and 15 more are planned. While Nobu Hotel Madrid and Nobu Hotel San Sebastian in Spain will open in 2023, Nobu Hotel Roma and Nobu Hotel Marrakesh will make their debuts by the end of 2022.
