In Bodrum, Turkey, the first Nobu restaurant on the Turkish coast has opened.
The venture is located in the Bodrum Loft hotel and follows the opening of Nobu Istanbul within the Ritz-Carlton hotel last summer.
Bodrum Loft is designed as a private Aegean village with “luxurious yet minimalistic rooms, suites, and villas” overlooking Demirbuku Bay. There are also Italian and Aegean restaurants at the hotel.
Nobu also intends to open its fifth Spanish hotel and restaurant in Madrid, along with an office conversion.
Nobu Hotel Madrid, located in the Cortes District, will transform a commercial building into a Nobu restaurant on three levels with a bar, as well as a rooftop bar and lounge with views of the city.
Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality, stated: “We are absolutely thrilled to finally launch in the magnificent city of Madrid. A bustling mecca of art, culture, and cuisine, the Spanish capital is an important destination for us.
“This will be our fifth hotel in Spain, and we look forward to further expanding our Spanish footprint to create a truly memorable hospitality experience for local residents as well as our international Nobu guests.”
Furthermore, on 14th June, the Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch will reopen with a new sixth floor featuring a Nobu Shoreditch Penthouse and two new skyline bedrooms.
