As the MSC Euribia begins service in June, MSC Cruises will introduce new dining and beverage concepts.
A new form of French-style steakhouse and a chance to enjoy Asian cuisine with a Robatayaki barbecue-like cooking process are two of the possibilities at Helios Wine Bar, which is made to appeal to the future generation of drinkers.
In addition to the specialty eateries, MSC Euribia will have a 1,336-seat buffet serving a variety of international cuisines, including late-night pizza delivery and onboard mozzarella production.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided for free at the three main dining establishments—Colorado River, Green Orchid, and Il Campo—as well as the sibling establishments, Aurora Boreale and Aurora Borealis.
There will be 10 dining options in all, including 21 bars and lounges, five specialist restaurants, and five main dining areas.
Vice President of food and beverage Jacques Van Staden said: “We are always looking to anticipate the next big thing in food and beverage and with MSC Euribia, we wanted to offer venues that are unlike anything we have ever done before.
“The same culinary quality and exceptional service that define our offering will remain at the heart of the experience but will be brought to new heights.
“We want to offer our guests something to talk about, something to marvel at and something to remember, long after their cruise has ended. Whether this be through new recipes, venues or engaging storytelling, our food and beverage offering will set your taste buds alight.”
