The third ship in MSC Cruises’ fleet will serve as a hotel in Doha over the 2022 Fifa World Cup, the company has revealed.
The competition, which takes place in Qatar between 19th November and 19th December, will feature MSC Opera alongside the soon-to-debut MSC World Europa and MSC Poesia.
The 2,579-passenger ship is available for reservations for two or more nights from both football enthusiasts and tourists who aren’t going to any games.
You can reserve one of seven different cabin categories either over the phone or through a travel agent.
The ship’s nine decks are home to a piano club, a theater, dining rooms, a spa, a fitness center, swimming pools, and whirlpools.
The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy of Qatar has confirmed the ship’s deployment.
The 2023 ex-UK program for MSC Virtuosa, which includes a number of new destinations, went on sale last month through MSC Cruises.
The 6,300-passenger ship is now running on itineraries that were formerly reserved for the MSC Preziosa and MSC Grandiosa.
