Marriott Announces Completion of Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park

The 395-room Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park has undergone a $11 million makeover, which Marriott International, Inc. is happy to say is now complete. This improvement improves the visitor experience and solidifies the hotel’s position as a market leader in Northern Virginia. There are also two new junior ballrooms, an updated fitness facility, 27,000 square feet of conference space, and Tandem, a new restaurant and cocktail lounge. Lakewood Hotel Group owns and operates the 16-story hotel at 3111 Fairview Park Drive under the management of Marriott International, Inc.

The early settlers of the Falls Church region served as the design inspiration for the renovation. It is thought that members of the Algonquian, Siouan, and Iroquois tribes were the first people to live in the region. Artifacts, objects, and drawings from this ancient civilization are celebrated in the hotel’s redesign along with enhanced modern functionality.
