Malaysia Airlines, the country’s flag carrier, has announced that all remaining entrance restrictions for newcomers fully vaccinated against Covid-19 will be lifted next month.
Fully vaccinated travelers, as well as those under the age of 12, will be allowed to enter the nation without proof of a Covid-19 pre-arrival negative test beginning 1st May.
Unvaccinated and non-fully vaccinated newcomers will still be needed to fill out a pre-departure form, and some entrance restrictions will remain in force.
Malaysia’s ministry of health has verified the modifications. They arrive less than a month after Malaysia’s borders were reopened to international travelers.
