The resumption of flights between Newquay and Manchester will be six weeks earlier thanks to Loganair.
The route was scheduled to resume on 26th March 2023, with the commencement of the summer schedule, but will now do so on February 10. Fees for one way travel begin at £52.99.
Passengers will be allowed to travel throughout the February half-term break thanks to the modification.
From the Newquay airport in Cornwall, additional Loganair routes to Edinburgh and Newcastle will resume on 26th March.
Luke Lovegrove, the regional airline’s chief commercial officer, stated: “We’re very pleased to announce the early recommencement of our Newquay–Manchester route benefiting those with February half term travel plans.
“We continue to work closely with the teams at both airports and are keen to maximise the potential of this route in line with our continued commitment to UK regional connectivity.”
Amy Smith, head of commercial at Cornwall airport Newquay, added: “Cornwall is more than a summer destination and this February start, as a result of the demand the airline is seeing, is a good indication of that.
“We’re anticipating continued strong growth in passenger numbers next year and are very pleased that Loganair will play a key part in that as one of our valued airline partners.”
