Langham Hospitality Group to Open its Third Hotel in Australia

This year, the Langham Hospitality Group will open its third hotel in Australia.

The Langham, Gold Coast is located in Surfers Paradise, in the middle of the Jewel development, which is the first and largest development with direct beach access to be created in the coastal city in the last 30 years.

The oceanfront hotel will include 169 rooms, including 32 suites, with 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean from every room.

The group will also oversee the management of 170 serviced apartments known as the Jewel Residences, which will be managed by Langham.

The Langham, Gold Coast is situated between the ground and the twentieth levels of the skyscraper, with residences on floors 22 to 49.

Interiors have a ‘coast meets city’ motif, according to the brand, with a color palette of teal, blue, and tan tones and materials such as salt and sun-bleached timbers, metal, and glass.

The main restaurant will be T’ang Court, a signature Cantonese restaurant with Michelin stars at Langham outlets in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Two private dining rooms will be available for VIP occasions at the 90-seat restaurant.

Guests will also find 26 & Sunny, a casual grab-and-go cafe; Akoya, an all-day dining venue; a pool bar; a platform sky terrace with the 80-seat Coral Moon bar overlooking the ocean; and Palm Court, a lobby lounge and bar serving Langham’s famous afternoon tea.

The Langham, Gold Coast will also have a Chuan Spa with seven individual treatment rooms, a health and beauty center, a fully-equipped fitness center, an indoor and outdoor free form swimming pool, and therapies inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine.
