With a flight from Glasgow, Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks journeys to Iceland have resumed.
Between February and April, scheduled flights are scheduled from Manchester and Birmingham airports, as well as flights from Belfast International, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Newcastle, and Stansted airports in the United Kingdom.
During the busy winter months, the firm will fly to Iceland on Mondays and Thursdays twice a week from Birmingham and Manchester.
From 10th February to 25th April, scheduled services are offered from both bases, with stays of three nights or longer available throughout the February half-term and Easter.
From the other departure airports, a series of 22 three- and four-night journeys will run until April.
Flights to the airport near Reykjavik, Keflavk, form the basis for vacations.
Steve Heapy, the CEO of Jet2, said: “We are delighted to be resuming our programme of scheduled services and dedicated trips to Iceland from nine UK bases.
“As travel starts to return to normal, we are seeing strong demand for flights and holidays to this bucket list destination as customers look to make the most of being able to enjoy the unrivalled natural wonders of Iceland once again.
“With a leading regional programme of departures available from across nine of our UK bases, our customers have the biggest and best flexibility when it comes to visiting the Nordic island.”
