Jet2 Offers Over 7,000 Seats to Canary Islands and Turkey

Jet2 and Jet2holidays have offered over 7,000 extra seats to the Canary Islands and Turkey for last-minute October getaways.

Additional flights to Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, and Dalaman have been scheduled.

Other airports with additional departures include Belfast International, Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds-Bradford, Stansted, Manchester, and Newcastle.

As a result of the increased capacity, the business will offer more than 190 weekly flights to the Canaries from ten UK airports this month, coinciding with school half-term breaks.

Steve Heapy, the company’s CEO, stated: “The easing of travel restrictions has given people the confidence to plan and look forward to their holidays and this has resulted in phenomenal demand for October breaks.

“As always, we have been quick to respond to demand by adding additional flights to the Canary Islands and Turkey, offering customers and independent travel agents even more opportunity to enjoy some sunshine.”
