Jet2 Announces Largest-Ever Iceland Program

In response to “high demand” for winter 2022-23, Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks have announced the company’s largest-ever Iceland program.

The airline’s and sister tour operator’s increased schedule now includes twice-weekly flights from Birmingham and Manchester airports, as well as the airline’s first Iceland flights from Bristol.

Nearly 120 outgoing flights to Iceland are now scheduled to depart from Jet2’s ten UK bases next winter, on top of existing services from Belfast International, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Newcastle, and Stansted.

From 29th September to 221st November 2022, and 9th February to 24th April 2023, Jet2 stated its planned routes from Birmingham and Manchester are “ideally timed for those seeking to enjoy the stunning Northern Lights,” with flights on Monday and Thursday from both bases.

Jet2CityBreaks, in addition to flight-only alternatives, is offering more than 40 three- and four-night trips to Iceland from eight UK locations, including Bristol for the first time.
