The first facility of LyvInn, a new hotel chain in Europe, has opened in Frankfurt, the country’s important financial centre. Navneet Bali, the former chairman and CEO of Meininger Hotels, founded LyvInn Hotels, which offers a unique “hybrid” model that blends flexible lodging, co-working facilities, and common areas to accommodate both brief and extended visits.
The 164-room LyvInn hotel, which once served as a Meininger establishment, is located in the centre of Frankfurt, close to the financial sector and the Messe Frankfurt trade fair location. LyvInn, according to Bali, is a wonderful hybrid hotel that provides a buzzing environment for young people to stay, work, play, and interact in exciting “start-up” towns. LyvInn’s ultimate goal is to create a presence in significant European cities.
A management agreement governs the operation of the Frankfurt property, which is funded by London-based investment company Blantrye Capital. Bali expressed appreciation for Blantrye’s significant financial and operational support, both of which were important in the development of this remarkable brand. Additionally, he stated his aim to actively broaden the LyvInn offering in conjunction with their partner.
Johann Scheid, an investment officer at Blantrye, expressed his company’s belief in the market’s strong offering through the LyvInn brand at the Frankfurt Messe. They stated intentions to broaden the LyvInn brand in Germany and throughout Europe in the upcoming years.
