It serves delectable French-Mediterranean and Vietnamese cuisine that is made with fresh local seafood and other in-season products. Vive Océane will draw a diverse group of discerning visitors since it exudes an atmosphere of carefree relaxation throughout the day before changing into an upbeat and energising destination at night.
The Michelin-starred Executive Chef Pierre Tavernier is in charge of Vive Océane, which is destined to become one of the most popular eating and social spots along this tranquil stretch of shore. Tavernier is a foodie expert who has worked in prestigious restaurants and five-star hotels in Europe and Asia with other Michelin-starred chefs. The sundown drinks, which include unique cocktails, are then served at this chic beach club as the day gives way to night. Guests may sip on these drinks while taking in the laid-back seaside atmosphere and listening to live music.

Matteo Fontana, Sakal Phoeung, Benoit Leloup, and Olivier Corti joined Chef Pierre for the first-ever “Rose Brunch,” creating their own unique dishes “à la minute.”
