Tangier, Morocco; Valletta, Malta; Zanzibar, Tanzania; and Praslin Island, Seychelles are among the ports of call.
Overnight stays are available in Victoria, Seychelles, Mombasa, Kenya, and Port Louis, Mauritius, as well as a three-night extended stay in Cape Town, South Africa.
Passengers will receive up to £500 per person to spend onboard, as well as free door-to-door transport up to 200 miles to the port if they book before 30th June 2022.
The sailing is part of the line’s 2023-24 season, which will begin later this month.
Fred Olsen Cruise Lines’ head of itinerary planning and destination experience, Martin Lister, said: “This sailing is a real adventure, and working closely with [chairman] Mr Olsen Jr himself, we have curated this itinerary to allow guests to have real, immersive experiences ashore.
“There will also be so many opportunities to encounter wildlife in its natural habitat, from seeking out the ‘Big Five’ in Kenya and South Africa or spotting endemic species such as the giant tortoise in Seychelles and lemurs and chameleons in Madagascar.
“It is a cruise that offers countless highlights, and we can’t wait to share these experiences with our guests.”
