Fred Holidays to Include Cruise-and-Land Itinerary in Southeast Asia to its New Program

Fred Holidays has expanded its newly announced Fred Discover package to include a cruise-and-land itinerary in Southeast Asia.

The 13-night Mekong Riches, Cambodia & Vietnam itinerary includes two nights in both Siem Reap, Cambodia, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as well as a seven-night Mekong cruise.

On 21st October 2022, and 27th January 2023, there will be two departures.

During their two-night stay in Siem Reap, passengers can also take a full-day tour of the Angkor Archaeological Park.

Passengers will board the 124-passenger AmaDara catamaran in Siem Reap and travel from Cambodia to Vietnam.

The trip includes stops in Oudong, Cambodia’s former royal capital, and a Buddhist blessing ritual at a monastery, as well as a day on the AmaDara as it crosses the Vietnamese border.

Travelers will disembark in Ho Chi Minh City and spend two nights there, including a tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a 136-mile subterranean tunnel network utilized by Viet Cong forces.
