Melbourne property developer Beulah has hired Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to manage the hotel within its new development, STH BNK By Beulah.
The Four Seasons Hotel Melbourne will be located in the western tower of the complex and will have 210 rooms. Guests will enter through the 63rd-floor Sky Lobby, which offers panoramic views of Melbourne’s downtown skyline, beaches, and Royal Botanical Gardens.
There will also be an integrated health and wellness experience, a rooftop restaurant and bar, and numerous event spaces available at the hotel.
Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2022 and take about five years to complete.
STH BNK By Beulah is on course to be Australia’s tallest tower as well as the world’s tallest vertical garden. The vertical garden will stretch about 5.5 kilometers in total.
Four unique collections of private apartments, public and green spaces, a rooftop sky garden, a 3,000-seat auditorium, commercial offices, a childcare centre, a health and wellness precinct, arts and culture spaces, shops, and the STH BNK Market Hall will make up the AUD $2.7 billion development.
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts’ president of worldwide business development and portfolio management, Bart Carnahan, said: “We are incredibly proud to partner with Beulah and to be a part of the leading-edge STH BNK By Beulah development.”
“This project will set a new standard for luxury in Melbourne, offering guests an exceptional Four Seasons experience set within an environment that will be unmatched in this market.
“At Four Seasons, we look for opportunities where we can be part of innovative new projects, with partners who share our vision for excellence – Four Seasons Hotel Melbourne is no exception, and we look forward to welcoming guests through our doors in the years ahead.”
Adelene The, executive director of Beulah, added: “Four Seasons was the perfect partner for STH BNK By Beulah and will offer an unmatched hospitality experience, while remaining uniquely Melbourne.
“As STH BNK By Beulah continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the luxury, lifestyle and sustainability spaces, Four Seasons aligned perfectly to our ethos and vision, offering unparalleled experiences, a bold commitment to innovation, and fantastic sustainability initiatives across its hotels and resorts.”
The Four Seasons Hotel Melbourne will join the existing Four Seasons Hotel Sydney as Australia’s second Four Seasons.
