Finnair is starting up flights again to the Chinese port city of Guangzhou after an absence of more than two years caused by the pandemic.
On 6th September, a weekly direct Aribus A350 service from Helsinki will resume.
Additionally, Finnair offers weekly flights to Bangkok and Tokyo as well as other Asian locations, including Shanghai, the largest city in China.
From Heathrow, Manchester, Dublin, and Edinburgh, the airline flies to Helsinki, with links to China and other long-haul locations.
Chinese Covid-19 testing is offered for transfer travelers at Helsinki Airport.
Ole Orver, the chief commercial officer of Finnair, said: “We are excited to return to Guangzhou and look forward to gradually increasing our offering for the Chinese market.”
