Exciting European Excursions Await Guests on Princess Cruises in 2025

In 2025, Princess Cruises will send the Star and Sun Princesses to Southern Europe in honor of the company’s 40th anniversary of cruising the Mediterranean.

Aboard six of its ships, including the Majestic Princess, Sky Princess, Regal Princess, and Emerald Princess, guests may also anticipate exciting European excursions.

Cruises on the Sky Princess, Regal Princess, and Emerald Princess that depart from Southampton go on sale on 25th May. Cruises on the Star Princess, Sun Princess, and Majestic Princess go on sale on 1st June.

The new Star Princess will sail its first season in the Mediterranean with its sister ship, the Sun Princess, in honor of the 40th anniversary.

On 4th August 2025, the ship will set sail for the first time on a nine-day Grand Mediterranean adventure to Italy and Greece. After that, there will be many 10-day cruises that depart from Rome and make calls in Florence, Barcelona, and Mykonos.

The Sun Princess will provide a number of seven-day Mediterranean cruises with ports of call in Istanbul, Naples, and Santorini, departing from Barcelona, Rome, or Athens. Along with these two massive ships, a variety of seven- to 31-day Mediterranean cruises will also be offered aboard the Emerald Princess, Majestic Princess, and Sky Princess out of Rome (Civitavecchia), London (Southampton), Athens (Piraeus), Trieste (Venice), and Barcelona.
