Emirates said that starting 29th October 2023, it will increase its operations to and from Cairo to 28 flights per week. With improved scheduling and more opportunities to experience the distinctive qualities of the Emirates A380, the additional flights give passengers more alternatives for connecting to Dubai and other destinations.
Due to the increased operational capacity, Emirates will operate four daily flights, three on the A380 and one on the Boeing 777. Outside of Dubai, Cairo has the largest deployment of Emirates A380 services in the MENA area. With the addition of more than 2,200 weekly seats in each direction, the upgraded services and increased seat capacity on the Dubai-Cairo route will assist the country’s resurgent tourism industry and help satisfy the increasing demand to and from Cairo.
EK921 will now run every day, leaving Dubai at 1200 hours and landing at Cairo International Airport at 1415 hours. The return service, EK922, will leave Cairo at 16:15 and arrive in Dubai at 21:45.
EK925, Emirates’ third A380 trip to Cairo, will leave Dubai at 20:40 and arrive in Cairo at 22:55. The following day at 00:40, EK926 will leave Cairo and arrive in Dubai at 06:10 a.m.
Travelers continue to be very interested in the Emirates A380 experience because of its roomy and comfortable cabins, as well as its hallmark services and amenities like the Onboard Lounge, First Class suites, and Shower Spa. The airline now serves 41 locations across the world with its flagship A380.
With private suites in First Class, lie-flat seats in Business Class, and roomy seats in Economy Class, the contemporary Boeing 777-300ER aircraft flying to Cairo offers Emirates’ award-winning service and market-leading products.
With over 5,000 channels of on-demand movies, music, TV shows, box sets, and documentaries in over 40 languages, including a wide range of content in Arabic including classic and contemporary Egyptian movies and TV shows as well as the best of Egyptian music, customers can take advantage of the top-notch service and goods Emirates offers while on board. This includes ice, Emirates’ inflight entertainment system. Also, passengers in all classes can savor delectable multi-course meals made by acclaimed chefs during the journey.
Emirates began offering three weekly flights to Cairo in April 1986 and has since transported 9.6 million passengers there and back. In order to meet client demand, operations have steadily expanded between Cairo and Dubai with increases in frequency and capacity.
Emirates now offers 25 flights a week between Cairo and Dubai. Through the previous three decades, the airline has brought in tourists from all over the world thanks to its extensive worldwide network that spans six continents.
