Emirates is the A380’s largest operator. When Emirates’ next superjumbo enters its fleet later this year, the Dubai-based carrier will have 118 A380s in its aircraft.
The airline announced intentions to deploy the A380 to 27 destinations by the end of November 2021 in September 2021. Passengers will be able to fly on Emirates’ A380 to cities such as Amsterdam, Sao Paulo, and Zurich.
There are fancy lounges and private rooms onboard Emirates’ A380s, and VIP passengers may even shower on board thanks to the A380 Shower Spa.
The route to keep an eye on is Dubai to Auckland; the Airbus A380’s size and comfort make it suitable for long-haul flights, and before the pandemic, Dubai to Auckland was the longest non-stop Airbus A380 route. During the 10-hour flight, Emirates’ plane travels 14,193 kilometers.
For the time being, superjumbo aficionados can check out Emirates’ newest A380 flight path from Dubai to Istanbul, which began on 1st October. Emirates was the first airline to fly superjumbos to and from Istanbul.
