At its Dubai hub, Emirates has established a freshly improved lounge for unaccompanied child travelers.
The children’s facility is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, close to Emirates’ first-class lounge in Concourse B.
It has kid-friendly washrooms, as well as video games, drinks, and snacks, as well as seating places and free wi-fi.
For youngsters aged five to eleven who are traveling without an adult, Emirates’ services for unaccompanied kids can be pre-booked. They must travel on a ticket for an adult.
For youngsters aged 12 to 15, the service is $50 for each leg of the voyage, and it is available for children aged 12 to 15.
A unique lounge area for unaccompanied youngsters will be used by Emirates’ airport staff to check in the children for their flights, then lead them through immigration and security to the dedicated departure lounge in the airside concourse, and finally to the boarding gate.
