Emerald Cruises Reveals its 2023 and 2024 Journey

Newly revealed journeys for 2023 and 2024 aboard Emerald Cruises’ two luxury superyachts include new transatlantic and Caribbean routes.

Following the launch of its first luxury superyacht, Emerald Azzurra, in March of this year, and with its second, Emerald Sakara, scheduled to make its appearance in 2023, the line has added a number of new voyages to its 2023–24 schedule.

Only 100 passengers will fit in 50 bedrooms on each boat, the majority of which have balconies.

With voyages to 15 islands and Central American nations, including the Caribbean island of Antigua, Panama’s San Blas islands, and Colombia’s coastal city of Cartagena, both new boats will have their homeports in the Caribbean for the winter of 2023–2024.

For instance, the 18-Day Discover Southern Caribbean & Central America cruise, which leaves Barbados’ capital Bridgetown in February 2024, makes port calls at Caribbean islands like St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Bonaire, and Aruba before making stops in Costa Rica, Panama, and Colombia.

Additionally, three new transatlantic voyages between the Caribbean and the Canary Islands will be operated by Emerald Cruises in 2023 and 2024. Highlights will include an extended stay in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, and a trip to San Juan, the historic center of Puerto Rico. In April 2024, a 12-day ocean voyage from San Juan to Santa Cruz de Tenerife will set sail.

The newest yacht cruise collection also features itineraries with new Mediterranean ports of call. A longer trip visiting five countries, including southern Italy and Sardinia, Spain and the Canaries, Morocco, France, and the Portuguese island of Porto Santo, is the new 18-day Discover Western Mediterranean and Morocco cruise.
