On Celebrity Cruises’ brand-new ship, Celebrity Ascent, a plant-based dining option will be offered. The ship’s restaurant, Eden, will provide a seven-course, plant-based tasting menu in addition to an a la carte menu for passengers. Eden is scheduled to launch in November.
Daniel Boulud’s Le Voyage, Fine Cut Steakhouse, Le Petit Chef, The Grand Plaza, and The Martini Bar are a few of the eateries and bars that will be present aboard the ship, as well as others that have previously appeared on other boats in the fleet.
Due to a collaboration between Celebrity Cruises and WhistlePig Whisky, guests will be able to choose between two beverages created especially for the cruise line and a sample flight.
Celebrity Ascent offers four primary dining options, just like other Edge-class ships.
President of the cruise line Laura Hodges Bethge said: “The memories we make with family and friends while sharing food and drink has long been one of the most memorable parts of travel and with Celebrity Ascent we sought every opportunity to make these experiences richer and even more enticing for our guests.”
