EasyJet Starts Offering UK to Greece and France Flights

EasyJet has begun offering flights from the United Kingdom to four Greek island destinations — Kos, Kefalonia, Corfu, and Chania in Crete – as well as Nantes, France.

The low-cost carrier now claims to be the largest carrier flying from the UK to the Greek islands.

EasyJet vacations offer package holidays for all new routes, including beach breaks from £279 and city stays from £169.

From 30th June, Luton-Kefalonia flights will operate twice weekly, with one-way prices starting at £40.99.

The Manchester-Chania route will begin operating twice weekly on 28th June, with one-way tickets beginning at £25.99.

From 3rd July, flights between Liverpool and Kos will be available weekly on Sundays, starting at £39.99 one-way.

From June, Kefalonia and Corfu routes will operate twice a week, with one-way prices to Kefalonia starting at £40.99 and Corfu starting at £28.99.

From 29th June, one-way flights from £29.99 will be available between Glasgow and Chania on Wednesdays and Sundays.

From 27th June, the new Birmingham-Nantes flights will operate twice a week, with one-way tickets starting at £29.99.

EasyJet’s UK country manager, Ali Gayward, said: “We’re delighted to add more new routes to our UK network for the summer and to provide our customers with an even wider range of fantastic destinations to enjoy.”

Meanwhile, easyJet has stated that it will collaborate with GKN Aerospace to reduce carbon emissions by implementing zero-emission technologies.

GKN Aerospace’s Hydrogen Combustion (H2JET) and Hydrogen Fuel Cell (H2GEAR) technology will be supported by easyJet.
