Easier Travel to Saudi Arabia with Instant E-Visa for UK, US, and Schengen Visa Holders

Saudi Arabia has recently introduced new options for instant e-visas, aiming to facilitate travel to the country for individuals holding visas from the UK, US, and Schengen area, as well as permanent residents of the UK, US, and any EU country. Tourist e-visas can now be easily obtained through the website www.mofa.gov.sa. This initiative reflects Saudi Arabia’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the visitor experience by streamlining the visa application process.

Previously, Saudi Arabia had already expanded its regulations to offer visas on arrival to valid visa holders from the US, UK, and Schengen area, as well as permanent residents of the UK, US, and EU countries. The eligibility for e-visas was also extended to residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

Furthermore, earlier this year, Saudi Arabia introduced a new Stopover Visa, which is completely free of charge and accessible to travelers flying with SAUDIA and Flynas. This particular visa enables visitors to stay in the country for a maximum of 96 hours.
