The launch of InterContinental Tashkent, the brand’s first location in the capital of Uzbekistan, ushers in a new age of luxury for the world’s first and largest luxury hotel company, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts.
The InterContinental Tashkent offers a luxurious haven in the centre of this pulsating metropolis. The hotel, which is a part of the brand-new Trilliant Business Park development project, is located five minutes’ walk from Amir Temur Square. The 94-meter-high property meets all requirements for contemporary leisure and business travellers.
The 216 elegant rooms at the InterContinental Tashkent include 38 trademark suites and two Presidential suites, each with stunning city views. Two elegant restaurants, a hip rooftop bar, and a wellness club with internationally renowned experts are also located within the hotel.
The restaurants and bars of the InterContinental Tashkent are attractions in and of themselves, serving guests a variety of cuisine from around the world in chic settings. The hotel’s distinctive restaurant, Ember, offers Butcher’s Prime Cuts and voguish Asian flavours, while Embar, the open-air rooftop bar, provides breathtaking views of the city skyline along with creative cocktails and a premium spirit menu. Embar is open throughout the warm months on a seasonal basis.
The InterContinental Tashkent’s trademark restaurant Ember, which serves fire-grilled, dry-aged steaks, sushi, and shellfish, is located on the hotel’s top level. Embar, a bar with views of the city’s skyline and a whisky library, is situated on the same 17th level. Other eating options include Chach, a premier Lobby Bar with house-baked trademark patisseries and delicacies, and No’mad, a beautiful, emerald sanctuary inspired by the culture and produce of Central Asia.

The hotel offers a variety of meeting venues for everything from large gatherings and conventions to intimate wedding ceremonies. The 820 sq. m. The ballroom has direct outside access, 7.5m x 4m LED monitors, simultaneous translation technology built in, and professional lighting and music systems. It can hold up to 900 guests. On the ground level, there are six 96 square metre meeting rooms with the names Amudaryo and Sirdaryo. Each and provide the capacity to connect with one another. The hotel offers four luxury conference rooms on the 11th level with breathtaking views over Tashkent for smaller gatherings and meetings.
The world’s top spa consultant, Raison d’Etre, put its creative brains to work to design the E’quilibrium Spa and Fitness Club, which is housed on two levels of the hotel. The Club, which spans two hotel floors, provides first-rate wellness amenities, including a fully modernised gym with Technogym Artis line, a 30 m infinity pool overlooking the city, a special couples suite with wet & heat facilities, a private Hammam treatment area, a steam room, a sauna, as well as an outdoor terrace and the Pure Bar.
The award-winning 111SKIN and the ground-breaking ComfortZone are two luxury skincare brands that the spa is the first in the nation to offer body and face treatments with the help of exclusive agreements. There are also some unusual treatments available, such as Normatec Boots and Déesse LED Face Masks. With a focus on non-invasive advanced treatments, goal-oriented facials, and body sculpting, the spa’s concept aims to help clients achieve a state of emotional, physical, and mental equilibrium.
