Discounted Covid Tests Offered to Heathrow Travelers

Heathrow travelers now have access to a discounted Covid-19 home testing service.

Prices start at £35.10 when using a promotional code from government-listed home testing company Qured for a 10% discount.

Any UK address can order portable quick antigen test kits, which can then be taken abroad.

In accordance with UK government standards, test results are overseen and validated by a licensed health expert within two hours.

Qured also offers PCR tests at a discount, starting at £62.10, with results expected within 24 hours.

The PCR kits can be used to satisfy the government’s post-arrival testing requirements on days 2 and 8.

Only Heathrow travellers ordering home kits will receive the lower fee.

However, at the airport, Qured does not provide on-site testing.

Mark Burgess, Heathrow’s procedure improvement director, said: “As more people begin to travel, we’re working hard to ensure there are affordable and simple Covid testing options for Heathrow passengers.

“We’re delighted to add another offering through a new partnership with testing provider Qured. Their low-cost and easy-to-use test kits will make a big difference to those looking to get away this summer, especially now that all Heathrow passengers will get an additional 10% discount.”
