Following the reopening of borders to UK travelers, Delta will resume important US services next summer.
In comparison to pre-Covid, when the route was flown up to three times a day, Heathrow-JFK flights will operate twice daily next summer.
Furthermore, on 2nd May, a five-times-weekly service from Edinburgh to JFK will resume with an updated Boeing 767-300 aircraft. The Edinburgh-Boston trip will resume on 28th May on a 767, while the Dublin-JFK flight will be upgraded to a larger Airbus A330-300.
Heathrow will offer twice-daily flights to Delta’s main hub in Atlanta.
For the first time, Delta’s Premium Select premium economy cabin will be available on all UK flights, with refurbished aircraft also featuring rebuilt bathrooms and LED cabin lighting.
On 3rd May, Delta will resume flights to continental Europe, including Portland to Amsterdam and Cincinnati to Paris.
