Cook’s Club to Establish its Ninth Hotel in Ialysos, Rhodes

Cook’s Club, a former Thomas Cook trademark, will establish its ninth hotel in Ialysos, Rhodes, next month.

The new hotel, which will open on May 1st, will be the brand’s fourth in Greece, with a fifth set to follow soon after.

The 83-room, adults-only hotel is located in the Ialysos district of northwest Rhodes and features bungalows, private pool suites, and some with their own own roof garden.

Cantina, a restaurant with selected street-food flavors, and the Captain Cook Bar, which overlooks the pool area, will be part of Cook’s Club Ialysos Rhodes.

Christos Michalakis, owner of the Cook’s Club Ialysos Rhodes, said: “In Cook’s Club we found just the right partner for the kind of hotel we wanted to create.
