Chablé Hotels Expand its Portfolio with its Third Property

Chablé Hotels, a Mexican premium hotel and wellness company, is preparing to expand its portfolio with the inauguration of Casa Chablé.

The new house lies 22 miles south of Tulum in the Sian Ka’an biosphere, a Unesco World Heritage Site, on a pristine stretch of Quintana Roo’s Caribbean shore surrounded by 12 acres of tropical jungle.

Chablé Hotels has collaborated with interior designer Paulina Moran to completely renovate the resort, with an emphasis on nature, comfort, and elegance.

Casa Chablé has five separate beachfront villas with outdoor showers, as well as a main villa with five guest apartments, each with its own own balcony.

There’s also an oceanfront wellness cabana, gym, outdoor wellness esplanade for yoga and meditation, a rooftop club and bar with sunset views, and a 200-metre private beach with canopy daybeds, tipis, and hammocks.

Chef Jorge Vallejo, owner of award-winning restaurant Quintonil in Mexico City, has devised the hotel’s culinary program, which will feature regional dishes, locally caught fish, and produce from the property’s organic gardens – all suited to client tastes.

The Sian Ka’an biosphere is one of Mexico’s largest protected regions, with forests, wetlands, lagoons, ancient ruins, cenotes, mangrove stands, sandy beaches, and the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef. The reserve’s wildlife includes dolphins, turtles, migrating birds, and various fish species.

Guests can explore the biosphere by kayak or small boat, or they can go paddle boarding and snorkeling in the ocean. Private tours can also be organized, such as paddling through mangroves, fly-fishing in lagoons, or seeing the neighboring Muyil ancient ruins.

Solar and wind energy are used to power Casa Chablé. It will also have eco-friendly water filtration and local building materials, as part of the hotel group’s collaboration with the Mexican organization Comunal to support environmental conservation, sustainable development, and social responsibility.

Casa Chablé joins sibling properties Chablé Yucatan, located in the Mayan rainforest outside Merida, and Chablé Maroma, located on the Riviera Maya.

Casa Chablé will be open all year.
