Celestyal Cruises to Introduce “No-Frills” Rates in the UK

Greek cruise line Celestyal Cruises will test “no-frills” rates in the UK, with three nights in the Aegean.

With the cruise-only freedom prices, guests can add extras like drink packages and excursions.

All-inclusive pricing upgrades, which start at £50 and include two excursions and drinks, are also available.

The freedom rates are available until 31st August for any 2022 departures that were booked in the UK.

They come with the opportunity to upgrade and include lodging, meals, entertainment, taxes, and tips on board.

Prices range from £199 per person for three nights to £1,357 per person for an 18-night Christmas and New Year’s voyage.

Leslie Peden, chief commercial officer, said: “Our new freedom fare not only offers an even more affordable Greek island getaway, but it provides guests with greater freedom of choice when it comes to what they want from their holiday. 

“We are piloting the freedom fare in the UK and, if it proves popular, which I’m sure it will, the aim is to roll it out across all our markets by the end of the year.”
