For all customers sailing after 1st March 2023, Celestyal Cruises will abolish its vaccine and pre-departure testing requirements, unless local restrictions demand them.
From the same day forward, passengers will no longer be required to show documentation of Covid recovery.
The airline advises passengers 12 and older to get a Covid vaccination and take a test before flying. The crew will stay completely immunized.
Leslie Peden, chief commercial officer, said: “The health and safety of our guests, crew and the communities we serve is our top priority and we continue to monitor and adjust to the evolving global situation.
“Our crew will continue to maintain our stringent hygiene protocols based upon the most up-to-date guidelines from the European Healthy Gateways, Clia and Greek health authorities.
“We look forward to welcoming all guests for the immersive experience that we are known for and explore the unique destinations of the Greek Islands and Eastern Mediterranean.”
The line also stated that preventative, rehabilitative, and mitigating actions were “continuously assessed and changed” in light of new information.
