Celebrity Cruises to Sail Year-Round in the Mediterranean for the First Time

From October of next year, Celebrity Cruises will sail year-round in the Mediterranean for the first time.

Celebrity Infinity, which will be the only Celebrity ship operating in the Mediterranean full year, will make its inaugural winter season in the region from September 2023 to March 2024.

The winter season will kick off with nine and ten-night itineraries departing from Barcelona and Lisbon, with stops in Palma de Mallorca and Seville.

Infinity will be based in Barcelona from October 2023 to January 2024, offering 11 and 12-night excursions to destinations such as the Canaries and Morocco.

The ship will make its first stop in Morocco since 2008, and guests will have the opportunity to see Tangier and Casablanca.

Infinity will be located in Greece in February and March 2024, offering 10- and 11-night excursions to Egypt and Greece.

Passengers will have the opportunity to tour some of the world’s most famous historic landmarks, including Cairo’s Great Pyramid and Athens’ Acropolis.

Overnight accommodations will be available in Malaga, Spain, Porto, Portugal, Jerusalem, Israel, Alexandria, Egypt, and Athens, Greece.
