Celebrity Apex to Replace Celebrity Silhouette for the Full Season of 2024

For the full 2024 season, Celebrity Cruises will replace Celebrity Silhouette in Southampton with Celebrity Apex, a ship from the Edge series.

From May to November 2024, Apex will run sailings departing from the UK that last four to thirteen nights.

The vessel (seen) will offer a 12-night trip that visits the Norwegian ports of Troms and Honningsvg while traveling across the Arctic Circle and the Norwegian Fjords.

In Apex’s 2024 schedule, Ibiza—a new port of call for the line—will also be mentioned.

Following agent feedback, Celebrity announced the UK deployment two weeks before the program’s scheduled debut.

Customers are hoped to pre-register interest for 2024 trips on the 2,910-passenger ship as a result of this move.

Prior to its UK season, Celebrity has announced intentions to host 600 agents on Apex in 2019, along with a schedule of ship visits and seminars at sea sailings.

Agents can complete training modules concentrating on Apex’s ex-UK sailings in addition to marketing resources made accessible through the line’s trade platform Celebrity Central.

Celebrity will provide agents up to £20 per booking through Celebrity Rewards on all 2024 Apex reservations.

Along with fact sheets, talking points, various website banners, and itinerary posters, the line will also provide agents with “Be the first to book” banners that they may use on their own websites.

According to Jo Rzymowska, vice president and managing director of Celebrity Cruises for EMEA, basing Apex in the UK demonstrated the company’s dedication to the country.

“I’m looking forward to welcoming even more of our guests on board Celebrity Apex when she raises the bar for cruising from Southampton in 2024.”

Every time an agent books a 2023 reservation between 1st November and 15th December, they can earn up to £50 in Celebrity Rewards points. On any Celebrity ship, the booking incentive is valid for all cabin categories.
