On the Greek island of Mykonos, the hotel chain Casa Cook has unveiled its newest development, which includes 26 opulent suites and villas with views of Ornos Bay and the Aegean Sea.
The adults-only hotel, which is the smallest of the chain’s properties to date, is adjacent to Mykonos Town and was built to blend in with the neighborhood’s architecture. Each room in the house is distinctive, made from natural organic materials, with simple lines and an earthy color scheme.
The culinary staff of the new hotel is led by Greek star chef Adreas Ntougias, who created the meals for Prince Harry and Meghan’s wedding. Guests can anticipate traditional Greek cuisine with a modern touch.
A swimming pool, wooden pergolas, and dining places intended for traditional Greek gatherings are included in the hotel’s communal spaces. From early in the morning until late at night, in-house mixologists handle the bar, and a private wine vault lets visitors choose from a wide range of fine beverages.
Before Thomas Cook entered administration in 2019, the brand was created by the Chinese travel juggernaut Fosun, which now owns and operates it. Thomas Cook, an online-only travel agency, is also owned by Fosun.
A new hotel will also open on Samos this May 2022, in addition to Casa Cook Rhodes, El Gouna, and North Coast Egypt.
