Budget: Air Passenger Duty rises for Long Haul Flights from April 2022

Air Passenger Duty in the United Kingdom for all long haul flights in all cabins will rise from April 2022.
Economy: £2 increase from £82 to £84
Premium cabins: £5 increase from £180 to £185
These increased taxes will apply to any flight operates a distance greater than 2,000 miles. The premium cabin Air Passenger Duty applies to all cabins above economy class which includes Premium Economy, Business Class and First Class.
Air passenger duty for short haul flight remains unchanged at £26 for premium cabins and £13 in economy.
