British Airways has officially reopened sales for its flights to Tokyo beginning on 13th November in anticipation of Japan opening that month.
The B787 that will be used for the daily flights will have the old Club World seats. If nothing changes before then, the shutdown of Russian airspace will result in longer flight duration. Most flights will take longer than 13 hours to get there and up to 14 hours to get back. Flights will depart from Heathrow and land at Haneda, which is closer to the heart of Tokyo.
